All orders are shipped via USPS
Processing Time:
It takes 1-2 weeks to process your order (unless item is on back-order). Please remember If the order time is surrounding a National holiday your order my take an additional week making that 3 weeks processing.

Shipping
Shipping time is determined by the shipping method selected at checkout.
Standard (USPS First Class Mail) shipping for domestic orders typically take 3 - 5 business days after order is completed. International orders take 8 - 21 business days after order is completed. International orders can take up to 8 weeks depending on customs. We are not responsible for fees related to international shipping that customers pay in order to receive their packages.
We offer First Class options and Priority options. Priority mail does NOT mean One Day shipping; however, it is a faster option. Regardless of what shipping method you choose, we still use the same processing time as listed above.
Shipping during holiday periods (due to a high volume of orders) may take up to 15 business days to process.

Returns:
We will gladly accept items for exchange if they were received damaged or defective in any way. If you receive a damaged item, within 48 hours, take a picture of the item(s) along with the original packing slip and email them to Jalaicosmetics@yahoo.com explaining what is wrong with the item(s). After we have reviewed the situation, we will contact you with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s) and the processes we take to get your item(s) replaced. In order for us to maintain the quality of our products, we will not accept any returns of products for reasons other than them being damaged or defective. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
Note: If we approve a refund for any reason after products have been shipped, that refund will be given in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY
Discrepancies:
Please Note: that any order discrepancies MUST be reported within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise. Your packing slip is your proof of purchase and it must be presented for ALL discrepancies. This includes, missing and damaged items. You will need to upload a picture of the items received, the packing slip, and email those along with the issue you are seeking to get resolved to Jalaicosmetics@yahoo.com . If the packing slip is not available, we will only issue a store credit for items that were damaged or missing from the order. The value of the store credit will be in the amount the item was purchased for. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
